Parties require 14 day notice minimum to book. This allows us to shut down in which other services can not book in and we can staff accordingly. The more notice, the better.
Come freshly showered, exfoliated, shaven, free of makeup, deodorant and makeup. If you are unable to do so, we provide hot towels and PH balance spray to help the tan be applied evenly.
Dress how you like but bring dark colored, loose fitting clothes for after your application. Tight clothing (jeans, leggins, bras, socks) tend to rub the tan which can lead to uneven developing of the color.
Individuals can wear whatever they are comfortable in during their tan. What you leave on will create a tan line. Be mindful what you will be wearing the next 5-7 days to avoid tan lines showing.
Your private party is 4 hours long. The latest a party can be booked is 5:00pm during the week and 2:00pm on the weekends.

No need to anything fancy. Come comfortable. We will provide robes for you to change into that will help you get your services. You can bring anything you like with you, the spa is at your disposal.
Your private party is up to 4 hours long. The latest a party can be booked is 5:00pm during the week and 2:00pm on the weekends.
A $100 deposit required to book a private tan party. Deposit is held until all guests have completed their service, then will be refunded to card after event. Guests can pay individually. If guest(s) do not show or cancel within 48 hours, deposit is withheld.
We require 7 day notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of events. If within the 7 days, deposit is withheld, no exceptions.
We allow guests to bring their own alcohol to their event. We have a responsibility to end events early if guests appear to be inebriated and unable to leave safely from RejuvePod property. Please drink responsibly.
A 20% gratuity fee will be added to all party events so tipping is not required for your services. Can be done individually as guests checkout or combined in one transaction.
