Policies

We thank you for choosing RejuvePod for all your beauty and wellness needs. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of professional care, and one important aspect in providing optimal care is having an understanding of our policies and your financial responsibilities. We ask that you please observe our policy agreement, and gain an understanding prior to receiving services.

First Time Appointment

Please familiarize yourself with our current location. We have 2 suites at our location. Suite 119 is our main salon. Our spa is located in suite 203. If you are not sure which suite to check in at, please give us a call at 484-842-1885.

Appointment Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time. 
  • You will be required to complete a consent form prior to your appointment.  
  • A late arrival may require us to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a no-show fee for missing your appointment. 
  • Please come ready to be pampered and leave kids with a sitter so we can focus 100% of our attention on you and your needs.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time, and we fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we are able to readjust our schedule accordingly. 


Cancelling Appointments

2 Days Notice - Fee is waived

Day Before & Day of Service - 100% of service is charged to the card on file


Rescheduling Appointments

2 Days Notice - Fee is Waived

Day Before - 50% of service is charge but will be applied to next appointment booked within 5 days. 

Day of Service - 100% of service will be charged to card on file


No Show Appointments

100% of service is charged to the card on file


We understand that things may happen out of your control. But we must be firm with our policy in order to protect our staff and their time. 

Deposits & Credit Cards

Non-refundable deposits will be collected for a select group of services. 


Credit Card on file is REQUIRED for all services. This card will not be charged unless you choose to check out with the same card. You may use a different method of payment if you like at the end of your appointment. Gift cards are not acceptable for a card on file.


If you do not attend your appointment and the card on file does not process for our cancellation policy, an invoice will be forwarded through our booking system, Vagaro. This invoice must be paid in full in order to receive your next service. 

Children at the Spa

1) Please refrain from bringing unattended children into the spa as it presents liability issues for our service providers & business.

A. Our spa & medical facilities contain fragile medical equipment and supplies & thus our medical practitioners are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's safety as well as your own.

B. We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a  quiet environment for those in the lobby and in-service, we ask that you leave all children at home when you come to receive a service.

C. Additionally, we do not allow ANYONE  else in the room during services unless it is approved by management/service providers/& client 24 hours prior or is a couples' service. This includes adults. No exceptions.
