The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time, and we fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we are able to readjust the schedule accordingly.

We understand that things may happen out of your control. But we must be firm with our policy in order to protect our staff and their time.
Non-refundable deposits will be collected for a select group of services.
Credit Card on file is REQUIRED for all services. This card will not be charged unless you choose to check out with the same card. You may use a different method of payment if you like at the end of your appointment. Gift cards are not acceptable for a card on file.
If you do not attend your appointment and the card on file does not process for our cancellation policy, an invoice will be forwarded through our booking system, Vagaro. This invoice must be paid in full in order to receive your next service.
1) Please refrain from bringing unattended children into the spa as it presents liability issues for our service providers & business.
A. Our spa & medical facilities contain fragile medical equipment and supplies & thus our medical practitioners are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child's safety as well as your own.
B. We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the spa with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the lobby and in-service, we ask that you leave all children at home when you come to receive a service.
C. Additionally, we do not allow ANYONE else in the room during services unless it is approved by management/service providers/& client 24 hours prior or is a couples' service. This includes adults. No exceptions.
